After attending Northwestern University, Dave started his recording career playing guitar at The Record Plant and Electric Lady Studios for producer Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, and John Lennon). He played percussion on the Aerosmith track, Sweet Emotion. In addition, he was the live sound mixer for The Blues Brothers pre-production sessions for their album, Briefcase Full of Blues.After years of performing and recording with a variety of musicians and bands, Dave began writing and producing music for TV and radio commercials. His clients have included ABC-TV, CBS-TV, Ricoh , American Express, Pizza Hut, HBO, Sony, Showtime Networks and many others.
